Christine Eibs Singer,Deputy Executive Director
Christine Eibs Singer, Deputy Executive Director, has more than 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of public-private partnerships. Ms. Singer's responsibilities include partner and investor relations, fund-raising and development and strategic planning.
Ms. Singer played an integral role in the design and implementation of the United Nations Foundation REED (Rural Energy Enterprise Development) programs with UNEP. Ms. Singer spent more than 10 years at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, concentrating on the development of public-private partnerships.
She served as the Manager of the World Trade Institute, an international business-training center training over 6000 professionals per year worldwide.
Ms. Singer received a BA from Douglass College, and an MA in Public Policy, with Honors, from the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University. |

Jacqueline D. Robinson, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Jacqueline D. Robinson, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, joined E+Co in April 2005 with nearly 20 years experience in public accounting and the financial management of not-for-profit organizations, privately owned companies, and publicly held corporations.
Ms. Robinson’s directs the financial management of E+Co’s domestic and foreign operations, including accounting, reporting, analysis, financial operations and banking. She also ensures the reasonableness and accuracy of financial data and performance indicators included in the investment recommendations prepared by E+Co investment officers, including alignment of the structure of the investment with E+Co’s mission and goals.
Ms. Robinson serves as E+Co’s Treasurer. Ms. Robinson earned a BS in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Hampton Institute and CPA designation from the State of Virginia. |

Gina Rodolico, Director of Information and Communication and Corporate Secretary
Gina Rodolico, Director of Information and Communication and Corporate Secretary, has more than 13 years experience working in all of the company’s program areas including launching the United Nations Foundation supported Brazil Rural Energy Enterprise Development (B-REED) Initiative.
Ms. Rodolico has evolved E+Co’s Monitoring and Evaluation program to accentuate E+Co’s Triple Bottom Line – financial, social and environmental - results.
In addition to the Monitoring and Evaluation of E+Co’s portfolio, her responsibilities include board relations, marketing, and communications.
Ms. Rodolico holds an MS and an MA from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. |
