Philip LaRocco, E+Co's Founder and Chief Executive Officer, brings over 25 years experience in international business and project development. E+Co is the pioneer and leading practitioner of the enterprise-centered model of clean energy implementation, having made over ninety investments in energy enterprises in over thirty developing countries. Mr. LaRocco was formerly Director of World Trade and Economic Development for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, where he oversaw the NY World Trade Center and a network of international offices. In addition to his duties as E+Co's CEO, Mr. LaRocco concentrates on innovative financing mechanisms. In August 2006, Mr. LaRocco received an Honorary Award for his contribution to the sector from the World Renewable Energy Congress (WREC) during the WREC IX Congress in Florence, Italy.

Christine Eibs Singer, E+Co's Co-Founder and Executive Vice President, has more than 25 years experience in the design and implementation of public-private partnerships. Her responsibilities include partner and investor relations, fund-raising and strategic planning. Ms. Singer played an integral role in the design and implementation of the United Nations Foundation REED (Rural Energy Enterprise Development) programs with UNEP. Ms. Singer spent more than 10 years at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, concentrating on the development of public-private partnerships. She served as the Manager of the World Trade Institute, an international business education center training over 6000 professionals per year worldwide. A graduate of Douglass College and the Eagleton Institute of Politics, Rutgers University, she is the recipient of the 2007 Woman of Inspiration Award from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Gina Rodolico, Gina Rodolico, Chief Operating Officer, has been part of E+Co since its inception. She currently oversees E+Co’s operations and works with three Regional Managers and 35 staff members globally to reach E+Co’s business plan goals. In her over 15 years with E+Co, Gina has worked with all of its program areas, launching both its Impacts Assessment and Carbon Monetization Programs, both of which are fundamental platforms for E+Co's scale up. Formerly E+Co’s Director of Information and Communications, Gina worked extensively with E+Co's field offices in the design and implementation of its core systems, including the Global Management System, a company specific web-based platform that allows E+Co's nine offices to document and share all aspects of its investment operations. As the architect of the Impacts Assessment Program, Gina pioneered the tracking and analysis across a menu of 36 Triple Bottom Line Indicators that allow E+Co to document the financial, social and environmental impacts of its energy investee companies. Gina holds an MS and an MA from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a Certificate of Finance from New York University.

Jacqueline D. Robinson, Chief Financial Officer, joined E+Co in April 2005 with nearly 20 years experience in public accounting and the financial management of not-for-profit organizations, privately owned companies and publicly held corporations. Ms. Robinson’s directs the financial management of E+Co’s domestic and foreign operations, including accounting, reporting, analysis, financial operations and banking. She also ensures the reasonableness and accuracy of financial data and performance indicators included in the investment recommendations prepared by E+Co investment officers, including alignment of the structure of the investment with E+Co’s mission and goals. Ms. Robinson earned a BS in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Hampton Institute and CPA designation from the State of Virginia.

Maria Salinas is E+Co's Finance Manager. She has worked for E+Co on a part-time basis since 1995 and in June 2000 joined the team on a full-time basis. Her responsibilities include preliminary financial analysis of project proposals and supervision of financial performance both from a project and an organizational perspective. Other responsibilities include macroeconomic data collection, research and analysis, grant management, budget preparation, project monitoring and evaluation, and assistance with promotional events and materials. Ms. Salinas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University with a double major in Economics and Spanish.

Patricia Mineo is E+Co's Controller. In this capacity, she is responsible for all of the accounting and financial aspects of E+Co. She oversees the reporting and information management functions for grants and other funding for both the US and overseas offices. She interacts on a regular basis with internal staff, E+Co's Directors, funders and independent auditors. Ms. Mineo has 25 years of accounting experience in various fields and holds a BS in Business Administration from Montclair State University.

Tracy Smith, Communications Officer, joined the United States office of E+Co in September, 2006. Her responsibilities include information dissemination for E+Co’s operations worldwide. Specifically, Ms. Smith handles promotional materials and media outreach to raise awareness of E+Co’s mission. In the past, she has interned at the United Nations and is interested in international economic development. Ms. Smith has a BA in economics and international relations as well as a law degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Angela Ronzitti is the Office Manager for E+Co. Her 20 years of varied experience in international business and extensive knowledge in overseas networking, international travel, administrative policies and procedures enables her to organize and coordinate the activities and objectives of E+Co. Her responsibilities include managing the day-to-day functioning of the office, acting as liaison with all staff and contractors in the US and overseas. Prior to joining E+Co, she served as Executive Secretary at The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

Rami Homsi, Finance Assistant, joined E+Co in July 2007.  His responsibilities include assisting in the reporting, accounting, financial operations, banking, and payroll. Mr. Homsi holds a BS in Business Administration from Montclair State University with a concentration in Accounting and he plans to take the CPA exam in the next few years. 

Based in San Francisco:

Erik Wurster, Carbon Officer, is responsible for carbon finance within E+Co’s global investment portfolio. Prior to joining E+Co, Erik worked as a consultant for the United Nations Development Programme’s sustainable energy department. From 2000 to 2002, Erik was a consultant for Energy Saving International, a Norway-based company that specializes in energy efficiency consulting in the Russian Federation and Eastern Europe. He has conducted field work in various capacities in Cuba, Nepal and Costa Rica. Early in his career, he worked at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado. Erik holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
